• Take an order ID and send us the photograph in PNG or PDF format.
• Send us an email with the design on "letsgobuyin@gmail.com"
• Once we receive the photograph, an order can not be cancelled.
• After receiving the photograph, the order will be dispatched the next day. 
• Maximum it will take to dispatch three days.
• Package opening video mandatory for replacement in courier damaged.
• If the courier is damaged, it will be replaced without additional cost.
